HR & Recruitment Manager – Build People & Culture for a Fintech

At GoPaisa , we started as one of India’s early cashback and performance marketing platforms. Now we are entering our next growth phase — pivoting into the payments and fintech ecosystem , building regulated financial products alongside our digital commerce business.

This is not a maintenance HR role. This is a build-from-here role.

We are looking for an HR Manager who can help us scale teams, bring structure, and build a high-performance culture while we transition into a fintech + technology-driven organisation .
