We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur.

Responsibilities

• Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers.
• Maintain attendance and leave systems.
• Support and implement HR policies.
• Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.
