Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management processes. Responsibilities will include implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will also act as a key advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and HR policy implementation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to build and sustain a positive workplace environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
    advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the interior design, luxury, or related industries
