She Must Fulfil Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time work experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing methods
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication
• Basic understanding of HR operations and employee relations
• Good organization skills (trackers, scheduling, documentation)
• Preferred (Good to Have)
