Human Resources Executive – Delhi
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the complete spectrum of HR operations while partnering closely with the organisation on key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our people practices by designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, programs, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires
- Drive performance management processes, including regular feedback and evaluations
- Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits accurately and efficiently
- Support the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and best practices
