Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Recruitment)

Role Summary
Alankaram is seeking a proactive and process-driven HR Manager (Recruitment) to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across manufacturing, retail/showrooms, corporate, design, and sales functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on hiring execution, and the ability to build scalable recruitment systems aligned with Alankaram’s growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
1) Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions (HO, Factory, Retail, Sales, Support).
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare hiring plans in coordination with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, consultants, and local networks.
- Manage job postings, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate evaluation.
- Drive offer rollouts, negotiation, joining tracking, and onboarding coordination.
2) Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop monthly/quarterly hiring pipeline targets and recruitment calendars.
- Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics through structured recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a database of talent for recurring roles and future requirements.
- Work closely with management for critical and leadership hiring.
3) Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Strengthen Alankaram’s employer presence across Linked In, job platforms and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing/design teams to develop recruitment creatives and job announcements.
- Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives (as needed).
4) Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Ensure smooth interview processes including interview panels, feedback capture, and documentation.
- Maintain strong candidate communication and experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure proper joining formalities, documents collection, and background checks (if applicable).
5) HR Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment MIS: open positions, candidate pipeline, offer status, joining status.
- Prepare weekly recruitment updates for leadership.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation for audits and compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Stakeholder management across levels (factory to leadership).
- Strong knowledge of hiring portals, sourcing techniques, and interview frameworks.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and process orientation.
Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of recruitment experience (preferably in manufacturing / retail / hospitality / consumer brands).
- Exposure to hiring across blue-collar + white-collar roles.
- Experience in building recruitment SOPs and hiring dashboards.
Education
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
