Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all core HR functions. This role is a strategic partner to leadership while also being hands-on—driving employee engagement, strengthening culture, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, best practices, and workplace issues

+ Manage benefits administration, compensation planning, and payroll coordination

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
