**This position is for LOCAL hire. You must live on or near the Outer Banks or be willing to relocate to this area. This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Job Summary:
The HR Manager facilitates the efficient management and administration of the Human Resources function to include all facets of human resources (payroll, recruiting, training, benefit administration, and the execution of team member relation practices). This position is important to the general public as well as the employees of the company. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance. Strong organization skills are a must.
