Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting business goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Plan and conduct training and employee engagement activities
• Support management in workforce planning and HR strategies
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
• Prepare HR reports and other documentation
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
