Job Description
- Play a corporate role of HR Center of Expertise (CoE), fostering and developing HR tools, policies, and practices to be implemented across subsidiaries, in alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and implement HR strategic initiatives in line with business direction, risk management, and potential impacts on company performance.
- Design and/or develop corporate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with labor regulations, business strategies, and HR standards.
- Establish and manage employee welfare, compensation and benefits (C&B), and HRIS systems in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company processes.
- Manage and develop the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee branding, based on company needs.
