As the organisation evolves from a highly decentralised HR structure, the Malaysia HR function is undergoing change. This newly scoped HR Manager role will be a sole contributor, entrusted to revamp and modernise HR operations locally, which have historically been legacy-driven.

Reporting directly to the Group CHRO, you will work closely with local business leaders and functional teams to build strong HR foundations, improve ways of working, and elevate the employee experience. Over time, you will also be increasingly involved in regional and global HR initiatives, making this an ideal role for an HR professional who enjoys hands-on execution today and strategic exposure tomorrow.
