Job Description

We’re Hiring an HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy
  • Handle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
  • Implement performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support training and development programs
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR systems (HRMS)
  • Provide HR insights and reports to support management and business decision-making
