Job Description
We’re Hiring an HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement while supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy
- Handle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
- Implement performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR systems (HRMS)
- Provide HR insights and reports to support management and business decision-making
