Southbridge Health Care LP owns and operates several long-term care and retirement Homes throughout many urban and rural areas of Ontario. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager – Labour Relations . Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective labour relations strategies that support organizational goals while fostering productive relationships with unions, employees, and leadership.

This role oversees collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance management, and workplace dispute resolution. The HR Manager ensures compliance with employment legislation and promotes a fair, consistent, and collaborative work environment.
