The HR Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end HR leadership, ensuring strong alignment between people strategy and business objectives. This role leads the HR Team, drives a high-performance and compliant workplace culture, and oversees all core human resources and office administration functions.
The HR Manager plays a critical role in managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and investigations, while ensuring full compliance with employment laws, workers’ rights, and internal policies.
