Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations internally and managing our local and international client accounts. This role will work closely with and report directly to the HR Director. Knowledge of Sprout HR and hands-on BPO HR/ EOR experience is a plus.

  • Lead HR operations ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for our client accounts, providing expert guidance on HR policies and workforce management.
  • Collaborate with and provide regular updates to the HR Director on HR operations, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and manage HRIS processes (Sprout HR knowledge is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
