Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support multiple locations as a key member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for leading core human resources and labour relations initiatives, while providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support employee relations activities, including performance management, attendance, discipline, and workplace investigations
  • Provide guidance on interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
  • Support compensation programs and liaise with payroll on employee inquiries
