Job Description

The HR Manager, Labour Relations will lead all labour relations activities for a unionized environment and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders. This role is responsible for collective bargaining, grievance management, contract administration, and providing expert guidance on labour and employment matters, while also supporting broader HR functions including training, development, staffing, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead labour relations strategy for unionized operations.
  • Act as primary contact for unions and manage day-to-day union relationships.
  • Prepare for and lead collective bargaining and contract negotiations.
  • Interpret and administer collective agreements, company policies, and employment legislation.
