Role Description
This is full time role for a Human Resources at Antara Jewellery - India. The HR will be responsible for Hiring, Implementing HR policies, resolving employee grievances.
Lead recruitment for store teams including Senior Sales, Sales Executives, Cashiers and Support
staff
• Manage onboarding, documentation, joining & exit formalities
• Oversee attendance management, weekly offs, leave administration and shift planning
• Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, deductions and final settlements
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline, counselling and warnings
• Conduct regular store visits
• Plan festive and high-season staffing requirements and ensure readiness
Qualifications
- Strong Hiring skills
- Experience in HR policies and softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CTC - 8-10 LPA
