Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee and improve performance management systems, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor law, health & safety regulations, etc.).
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with finance and leadership teams.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate learning & development programs.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics and reports
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant & corporate level.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Preferred form Manufacturing background.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
