Our esteemed Indian client, is seeking for an HR Manager, location Mumbai
Job Purpose
Strong HR expertise Managing talent acquisition & supporting other HR activities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, administrative, and corporate roles
Handle bulk hiring for manufacturing projects across India
Support mid to senior-level corporate hiring
Prepare job descriptions and manage offer rollouts
Post jobs on job portals, networks, and social media
Coordinate with recruitment agencies
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Manage onboarding of new hires
Support workforce and succession planning.
Track and report recruitment metrics
Identify and resolve people-related issues
Assess training needs and review training programs
Support employer branding and culture initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualification & Skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or Manufacturing
Good access to regional talent networks across India, especially in context of technical
and operational manpower
Familiarity with HR tools, recruitment platforms, and ATS systems
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
