Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-level hiring
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture
Handle HR compliance and ensure adherence to POSH guidelines (POSH certification/experience will be an added advantage)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
Oversee onboarding, employer branding, and HR best practices
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Strong background in Facility Management industry.
Hands-on experience in recruitment lifecycle management
Sound knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and POSH
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
