The Opportunity
Visdum is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping global companies automate complex sales commission management. As we scale our teams across India and the US, we’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who can independently handle HR operations and recruitment in a high-growth startup environment.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys ownership, clarity, and fast-paced work - not a managerial or policy-only HR role.
What You’ll Own
HR Operations (Core Ownership)
Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and exits
Manage offer letters, employment contracts, probation confirmations, and exit documentation
Ensure HR policies are followed consistently and updated when required
