Human Resources Executive – Delhi We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the complete spectrum of HR operations while partnering closely with the organisation on key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our people practices by designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, programs, and processes.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires
Drive performance management processes , including regular feedback and evaluations
Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits accurately and efficiently
Support the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and best practices
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
