The Mandate
Looking for a strong, corporate-grade HR operator who can run HR end-to-end with maturity, structure, and zero hand-holding. This is a high-ownership role covering talent acquisition + performance + retention + payroll + compliance + culture .
What You Will Own (Non-Negotiable)
- End-to-end HR operations: hire → onboard → manage performance → engage → retain → exit
- HR governance: policies, SOPs, documentation, statutory adherence
- Leadership partnering: act as an HR advisor for people decisions, escalations, and org discipline
Recruitment (Tech/Non-Tech)
- Own technical recruitment end-to-end (IT/Software/Product/Data/QA/DevOps/Design etc.) & Sales recruitment .
