A growing North American organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager with strong cross-border (U.S. and Canada) HR expertise. This role is ideal for a seasoned Senior HR Generalist ready to step into HR leadership , capable of designing and building scalable workforce programs during a period of rapid expansion.
The ideal candidate will act as an HR Architect —strategic, hands‑on, and able to drive people’s operations while supporting compliance, culture, and growth across multiple sites.
