Fulltime Human Resource Manager - Based in Neerabup, W.A.

Wesbeam Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated national market leader in the timber manufacturing industry. We are Australia's only LVL manufacturer and distributor with a world-class factory in Neerabup, WA and distribution centres around Australia.

Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager is a key member of our Senior Leadership team with responsibility for strategically shaping our employees experience. You will lead a small team to deliver outcomes in the areas of employee engagement and wellbeing, talent acquisition, employment/industrial relations, training, Payroll, policies and compliance. A focus on continuous improvement and first-class HR service are an expectation. Diversity, fast pace and scope for a combination of service delivery and project work are key highlights of this role.
