Job Description

Responsibility Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

  • Process monthly payroll with full compliance to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and LWF regulations.
  • Ensure accurate statutory filings and timely disbursements.

Labour Law & Legal Compliance:

  • Maintain strict adherence to the Factories Act and other applicable labour laws.
  • Liaise with external agencies and government departments for inspections, audits, and licenses.

EMS/EHS Compliance:

  • Support and coordinate activities related to Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Ensure workplace safety and health compliance measures are implemented and documented.
