Job Description
Responsibility Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll with full compliance to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and LWF regulations.
- Ensure accurate statutory filings and timely disbursements.
Labour Law & Legal Compliance:
- Maintain strict adherence to the Factories Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Liaise with external agencies and government departments for inspections, audits, and licenses.
EMS/EHS Compliance:
- Support and coordinate activities related to Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
- Ensure workplace safety and health compliance measures are implemented and documented.
Manpower Management:
- Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and shift scheduling in coordination with line managers.
- Manage leave tracking, attendance records, and time office operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for factory staff and labour, including job postings, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
HR Documentation & Records:
- Maintain all required statutory HR documentation including personnel files, registers, and compliance reports.
- Ensure proper handling of contract labour documentation and service provider compliance.
