Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
- Lead workforce planning in coordination with department heads
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, screening, and placement
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards and policies
- Conduct background checks for critical positions
- Monitor employee movement, promotions, and succession planning
- Develop career pathing and succession roadmaps
