Role Summary

Lead and manage the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. Mentor HR teams, ensure compliance, and implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a lean PNC & TA team, setting clear KPIs, balancing workloads and driving accountability
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys and rapid-response action plans.
