Determine and prioritize the country’s HR needs and establish specific HR objectives for country office to ensure that HR policy/procedures and standards are metDevelop and revise HR policies as required to support the businessLead resolution of compliance issues as it relates to HR best practice and organizational policiesEnsure country level management team members are well versed on country-related HR policies and that policies are implemented consistentlyAdvise Project Director/ Country Program Manager and Finance/Admin Director on all HR related issuesFacilitate the staff separation/exit processesLiaise with Global Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer as requiredReview all HR service contracts, .
