Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our fast-paced real estate firm in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions – from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, backend, and support roles.
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee feedback cycles.
- Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
- Support senior management with HR data and reporting.
