Job Description
To manage on HR Strategy Development which includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee engagement and retention strategies;
To oversee recruitment and talent acquisition process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions while develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. This includes managing foreign worker and expatriate recruitment, new applications, work permits and medical check ups;
To manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements while foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and engagement which includes manage corporate social and environmental responsibilities program;
Manage disciplinary cases, labour disputes, and employee terminations; conduct investigations, domestic inquiries...
