Job Description
We are seeking for a hands-on HR professional to be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations and partnering closely with leadership to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
The Job:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR operations
Partner with senior leaders and department heads on workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
Provide trusted HR advisory support on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
Lead and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance, ensuring consistency and best practices
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and continuously strengthen HR processes and standards
