Job Description
The incumbent will oversee HR operations in Singapore; provide advisory to establish and implement HR strategies, promoting employee engagement, effective organizational and people development in alignment with business objectives and serves a strategic business partner to senior leaders.
As a regional HQ for Asia, s/he will lead the HR team to collaborate and deliver comprehensive HR services overseeing employee lifecycle management, career development, performance management, total rewards, and HR initiatives that synergize with business objectives and enhancing employees' satisfaction.
Scope:
Lead the team to provide comprehensive HR support for the Singapore office
Budgeting & Planning, Employment Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement & Relations, Talent & Workforce Lifecycle, HR Compliance as well as Advisory & Services
Implement local HR initiatives in collaboration with Centre of Excellence teams and Regional Business Stakeholders.
