Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of hyperpure silicon wafers and a trusted partner to major semiconductor companies globally. With production facilities across Asia, Europe, and the United States, Singapore serves as its largest manufacturing site, producing 200mm silicon wafers as well as 300mm crystals and silicon wafers.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development functions.

Compensation & Benefits
Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, statutory regulations (e.g. MOM) and HQ requirements.
Benchmark and maintain competitive compensation structures within the manufacturing and semiconductor industries.
Lead the annual performance appraisal and merit increment cycle, ensuring timely and effective execution.
