Why do you do
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures for all global employees
Collect, organize and maintain accurate HR data, databases and employee records
Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and act as a liaison for internal business partners
Coordinate with insurance agencies to manage employee insurance-related matters
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business-focused projects, conducting research and coordinating initiative execution
Fulfill other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the team
