Human Resources Manager

Location: Central Valley, CA (Onsite) Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 annually DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated, safety-focused environment. This role partners closely with leadership and operations to ensure compliant, efficient, and people-centered HR practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong working knowledge of California employment law, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS systems, employee relations, and workplace safety compliance. This is not a purely strategic role — it requires someone who is comfortable being in the details while also advising leadership.
