What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Plant Management and advisor to HR Director on workforce planning, compensation cycles, labor cost forecasting, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, data management, HR metrics, contractors, and temporary workforce.
  • Lead industrial relations and union negotiations, including CBA processes.
  • Design and manage benefits in coordination with Compensation & Benefits teams across the Americas region.
  • Drive employee engagement, internal communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions (Communications, HSE, Compliance, Legal) to address HR needs.
