Job Description

1. Company secretory experience to organize legal entity compliance, board meetings etc..
2. Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding, including setting recruitment plans, channel management, candidate screening, interview process optimization, and onboarding training for new hires.
3. Drive employee relations and engagement initiatives, handling workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and recognition programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensure market competitiveness, manage payroll coordination, and maintain pay equity standards.
5. Lead learning and development efforts, identify skills gaps, coordinate internal and external training resources, and foster career growth and leadership development.
6. Support succession planning and workforce planning for critical roles; collaborate with department heads on organizational design and staffing strategy.
7. Ensure HR compliance with local laws and company policies; maintain accurate HR data, records, and documentation; optimize HRIS operations and data analytics.
8. Lead HR projects (policy updates, governance committees, organizational restructures) with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field;
2. 7+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, company secretory experience will be a plus;
3. strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
4. excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
5. fluent in English is a must
