Job Description
- Lead HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in Tijuana.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and manage performance evaluation processes.
- Foster effective communication with executives and maintain close alignment with corporate HR teams to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent execution of corporate HR policies, programs, and compliance standards across the site.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and IMSS processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support team management and development within the Human Resources department.
- Address and resolve employee concerns through strong problem-solving skills.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in HR leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor compliance, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in performance management and executive communication.
- Experience in overseeing payroll, benefits, and IMSS processes.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
