What You Will Do:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and will develop and implement Human Resource strategies in order to support the organizations overall goals and objectives.
