Role Overview


The ideal candidate will lead and support the full scope of Talent Acquisition while partnering closely with business leaders on strategic workforce initiatives. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring, sourcing strategy, employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes , while also collaborating on broader people practices.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across levels—from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
