Human Resources and Office Administration

Schedule:

  • Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain
  • Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance
  • Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations
  • Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

  • An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Resources from a Spanish institute
  • Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Spain and EU labour compliance
  • Willingness to work in a changing/developing environment where team work is a must

Preferred:

  • Previous aerospace experience in Spain
