Human Resources and Office Administration
Schedule:
- Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain
- Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance
- Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations
- Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager
Requirements:
- An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
- Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Resources from a Spanish institute
- Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Spain and EU labour compliance
- Willingness to work in a changing/developing environment where team work is a must
Preferred:
- Previous aerospace experience in Spain
