Job Description
· Liaise with the personal care, Complex care, LD, Extra care, and flexible support team to identify the workforce requirements
· Advertise the vacancy appropriately to promote equal opportunities
· Shortlist the candidate and book for the Interview
· Interview the candidate or arrange the Interview for the line manager to Interview
· Liaise with Head office to copy the original documents for the file
· For successful candidate - Carry out reference check and process the DBS
· Create a file in compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards
· Audit the file and share the report
The staff file and records should be up-to-date and available for Inspection in compliance with CQC
· Design and Implement Employee retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain employee
· Coordinate between the employee and care Coordinator to assign the weekly hours
