Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Manage employee data and workflows on KeKa (creation, updates, org changes).
• Handle leave and attendance on KeKa, coordinating with managers and payroll.
• Drive smooth onboarding – documentation, HRIS setup, induction and joining formalities.
• Perform G-Suite ID and Slack ID activation/deactivation for joiners, movements and exits.
• Manage complete exit formalities – resignations, clearances, documentation and closure.
