Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, L&D, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate salary processing, F&F settlements, incentives, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and inquiries.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Identify training needs and implement technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
  • Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and track key HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, manpower, training hours).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll.
