Assist the Head of HR in the day-to-day management of the HR team ensuring all team members have a shared understanding of team goals and their roles on the team. Ensure timely and accurate processing and communications related to main HR processes including onboarding, job changes, secondments, departures and retirements, ensuring quality employee experience; Ensure accurate information in the HR system and other systems of record, including electronic employee files Manage the immigration process for joiners, secondments and moves to US in partnership with Global Mobility and appropriate third parties Anticipate and plan for workload increases related to various hiring cycles and interface with the global team as needed for additional support; Respond to internal inquires with timely and accurate advice, ensuring a high level of client service from start to finish Work with HR team and ...
