  • Assist the Head of HR in the day-to-day management of the HR team ensuring all team members have a shared understanding of team goals and their roles on the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and communications related to main HR processes including onboarding, job changes, secondments, departures and retirements, ensuring quality employee experience;
  • Ensure accurate information in the HR system and other systems of record, including electronic employee files
  • Manage the immigration process for joiners, secondments and moves to US in partnership with Global Mobility and appropriate third parties
  • Anticipate and plan for workload increases related to various hiring cycles and interface with the global team as needed for additional support; Respond to internal inquires with timely and accurate advice, ensuring a high level of client service from start to finish
