Overview
Middlemore retained by a national financial services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager (Lead) on a permanent basis. This is a management level role for someone passionate about driving operational excellence and improving the employee experience through AI, automation, and innovative HR processes. You will lead a small, but highly capable team responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes and supporting basic employee relations in partnership with the HRBP team. The team has great potential, and we are looking for a leader who can develop their skills, provide fresh perspectives, and apply creative solutions drawn from their experience.
