Job Description
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Human Resources processes, particularly in employee offboarding, ATS management, and HR data administration. This role will be key in ensuring well-structured processes, compliance, and accurate tracking of employee and candidate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation.
- Administer and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate status updates, job closures, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate databases.
- Support internal audits related to HR processes.
- Prepare and update HR operational reports for decision-making.
